Anyone knows how to lucid dream?

  lucid dreaming is just learning to know when you are dreaming while your sleeping so that you can alter the dream to your liking. Where you can do what you want and remember it as if it were real.

  I can do it. when I was young I could always do it, but now I am losing the ability, dunno why, only some times can.

  not really like real, kind of surreal. When I was young I could always tell if I am in a dream. but now sometimes I cant tell. weird.

  during the day, keep thinking of "im going to have a lucid dream" (dunno if tat works)
  
  if you have the time, go nap for 30min-1h, then sleep. increasing the chance of you dreaming
  
  if you are in a dream, usually you just think it's really happening, but once you notice something is wrong, hang on to that thought, don't let it drift away. this is the gateway to lucid dreaming.
  
  once you are concious of yourself being in a dream, control it slowly. don't go right into it, or you will wake.
  
  observe the world around you for a while. gd way of slowly gaining conciousness.
  
  if you wanna fly, just feel that you are lifting off. don't control it too much.
  
  if you want to conjure up a person, look in a direction, imagine they are there. turn away and look back, and they might be there.
  
  to control just about anything else, just think of it eg. sky turn blue, grass turn yellow
  
  all this are what i can remember from reading a reader digest book about our brains
