What does your contract say? Did it mention anything about medical leave being forfeit once notice has been served?

from what i understand....14 days mc is required by mom rulings and is not pro-rated...even if you want to take the 14 days mc within your notice also can....if they dun allow...or deduct your salary...complain to mom!!

hmm ok it states in my appointment letter:
Medical Leave The company shall grant you paid sick leave not exceeding 14 days in each calendar year. Such leave must be certified by private/ govt doctors. You will be allowed to claim up to $15 per medical consultation up to a maximum of 12 visits a calendar year.

If no provision is made in your contract about your medical leave being forfeit, then submit your MC and claim the two days as medical leave. It is your entitlement.
