school dental clinic got subsidy. still, i paid 3k.
of course pain.. lol the price to pay to look good.

Me also need braces
else ugly then no girl like....... theres private or oublic (cheaper) public waits like 2 to 3 years.. A long process untill you get your desired perfect teeth -
if i wanna put braces, minimum how long ago shld i hav gone for all the necessary checkups?

a few daes be4? when u go for the checkup the doc will tell u if u need to wear braces or not so no need worry

had them removed in 2003.
mum paid first. hehe.. its a long term investment i guess. personally feel since most people go for first impressions. i am like that too, and looking the industry im headed for.. -

but if u wear braces its like 1-2 years....cannot eat certain food coz will stuck between the braces n need brush ur teeth after ur meals..

and mine was those with the little brackets and my nus classmates used to call me metal mouth
never had i had to eat soft food or porridge because of this and i felt so cute whilst wearing them, i actually missed it
its better to do when young, the tightening etc is not that bad
and i am a person who is very scared of pain and just imagine when i was a little kid, i had to have four persons to pull my hands n legs so that i cld extract my teeth
and yet i find its okay,i had four teeth pulled out to make the braces and now i got an okay smile and most important "not ba gay " anymore
go for it, okay, u have me to encourage u, and now i am already a marder of one and still afraid of pain but yet i had gone thru it well -

If minor, need only wear 1 yr. Paid $4K for my daughter's.
Just 1st deposit & monthly instalment.
U need to visit dentist every mth cos they need to tighten the braces.
Wear the metal ones, can change colours every mth.
Do it when u are young. Really worth it cos her teeth are now perfectly straight. -

now stil using.. eh.. not really pain la.. just den u might not be comfortable with it at 1st.. maybe the metals stuff abit sharp sometimes.. but soon u'll be fine... yea starting will get ulcers..
but i got a female fren .. darn er.. finish le.. go request doc let her put 2 more months.. cant bear to leave her bracy.. haha now she like jealous i still on bracy.. haha

last time i was really "buck teeth"and now although not perfect (too perfect looks very strange) but still can have a nice smile and more confidence
and also you have to listen to the dentist's advice and continue with the retainers even after yr teeth have been straigtened as i got a good fren whose teeth retreated when she din wear the retainers as advised -
i am considering those invisible braces leh..those kind where they put behind ur teeth so it is hidden from outside. how much more will it cost?
issit more painful???
