What are the signs given by ur body b4 falling sick?

  for me...when i am too 'heaty', i will always wake up the next morning and having a 'pain behind my eye'. then do anything also difficult. when walking or running...my head will hurt...jus curious if everyone experiences the same syptoms before falling ill?

  I get large pimples appearing anywhere....or I feel tired and run down for no reason. I've been also told that I chatter my teeth when I sleep.

  For me...when my jaw hurts a little and throat very dry, eye sockets like heating up...get ready. If dun start water parade sure flu one.
