Bicep area? or the whole upper arm? U want put better put tiger go down mountain..go up te mountain may reflex badly on you for ppl tat know.

If u want put this mayb i try say this see if it work out for you also..More fierce.
At the back , dragon head at ur left back,dragon body circle a eagle stepping on earth.
On ur right upper arm put '"black panter coming down the mountain" on left upper arm put tiger go up hill.
At front thigh put"Zai Zai hug Koi" the other leg put snake.
Chest u put the chinese word "Chou" & "Hen" 1 word each side...den the surrounding u put clouds wid crows..
If can put "Wang Xiao Hu's" (Huan Wo Zi Yu)tat's is best..but i reckon no one may put for you as its against the Sg law...

it would be better if u are able to come out or design ur own tattoo. That will be unique. Copying other ppl's art work, though theres aint any copyright issue, but u wont want to have the same tattoo as other ppl dont ya?
Tattoo-ing is unique. Those designs that u might have seen b4, it might look nice in the folio or magazine, but it is not necessary that the design might look good on you. Muz always think about the skin color difference, skin condition difference, and also, different countries, different places use different kinda ink.

I think better think wisely before deciding on copying. Cuz some of their tattoos really got meaning. Like your 'history' is in the tattoos. My uncle got a tattoo and he say has deep meanings for him.
