Its an offence to dismiss a pregnant lady....MOM regulations...Originally posted by Honeybunz:(see the problems that I listed above)
I didn't know that pregnant women can be that tired. My friend literally fell asleep when the customer was still talking to her on the phone. If every other pregnant woman like that... then employers might have second thoughts in hiring married women liao.
A friend of mine experienced sleeplessness on one night due to work stress. The next day she felt nausea all day long. Did you have that?Originally posted by dovey55sg:just my 2 cts worth....
Coffee are best avoided by pregnant woman because of the caffeine.
Sleepiness is due to hormone changes, so there's actually not much they can do. Try to sleep earlier each night lor. When I was pregnant with my 1st child, I sleep at ard 9pm everynight and wake up at 8am. But not the same for my 2nd child, I couldn't sleep everynight....dun feel tired at all.
The best thing is to just stretch and walk around when feeling sleepy....walk to the pantry to drink some milk, or when in the bus, keep yourself occupied, but no books...more tired...![]()
not really....only if you're more than 6 mths pregnant then they can't dismiss...Originally posted by BonJovi:Its an offence to dismiss a pregnant lady....MOM regulations...![]()
