What can we do to pervertic chatters?

I have seen recently quite a few guys posing as girls luring innocent girls to message them and making friends. What can we do to stop these perverts?

I suggest that some of the girls and myself should get together and discuss the problem.

Here's the my proposed solution.
1) Target one.
2) Hook up.
3) Fix the date to meet up.
4) Gather a few moderators to meet up the imposter.
5) Beat the hell out of him.
5) Take photos.
6) Put up the photos in the forum.
7) Hunt for the next target and go to step 2. -
