This has happened twice in one organisation.
if you are a visitor. be prepared for a court case. + fine/jail term. -
ISD maybe..but just take a look at how the US Army fights a war in Iraq with cameras and DV cams flying around..
The best solution would be to just to scan phones of people exiting the building for any pictures of sensitive nature. -

rp will ask person to deposit at the pass office lor...
if the person is caught inside the base...
then he'll be charged with breach of sercurity...
also rp on duty maybe get into trouble for not conducting a proper body/bag search...
no hp cam or cam allowed into base as these can be used for espionage purposed...
in air base... maybe take foto of planes or hanger locations...
in mindef... maybe take foto of war plans or spys docu...
so its a matter of sercurity... life and death...

I guess this guy's convenience is more important than the country's safety.
If he's not happy, he should write a letter to the Perm Sec of SAF and complain. I feel these kids come here KPKB like the world owes them a living
