where can i complain when a car zoomed past zebra crossing

  last night, i was about to cross zebra crossing, a car zoomed past in front of me.
  it was 7:25pm at East coast lagoon food court.
  
  I want to submit this case to authority and get her fined for her dangerous driving behavior.

  Such bobo drivers are very very common... If u were to watch the traffic light controlled pedestrian crossing between Paya Lebar MRT station and Post Centre, u'll see people speeding thru the red light even as pedestrians have started to cross the pedestrian crossing.
  
  In the majority of these cases, i suspect that the driver is simply unaware that the traffic light has already turned red or that he/she is obliged to give way to pedestrians at the pedestrian crossing. These people should really have their licence revoked.

  Agree with you! There are also many drivers who cut in front of buses and so cause pp standing or moving to fall. They shld have their license revoked too!

  u got evidence? any witnesses? else it will be ur word vs her word. this type of case very hard to say who right who wrong. but i believe, she was in the wrong. who knows what she gonna crap up.

  complain to govt.,confirm got money to take frm tt guy. but,u muz haf evidence lah. pics lah,witness lah,plate number lah. no this u dun even need to complain
