how many of u hv bossess or superiors that r ridiculously smart( they wont even open 2new ideas or
smetimes think they r GOD-noe everything) or simply u hope 2poison them (some gd bosses r humbly nice
with wealth of experience) -
my former boss thinks she knows everything but actually nothing. always swear in foreign language but dont know the meaning.

I dont have a boss. but got once I was working in a physics lab, my boss was a scientist, so can say he is very smart and knows a lot

singapore managers ranked last in surveys. many so called managers and directors have little or no management skills. i have seen and work with many who dont deserve their position and salary. playing office politics and shirking responsibility is what they do best.

it may sound a bit harsh but i have really never seen one good in management. it has gotten me wondering how these people got there in the first place.
are they all already assholes before promotion or they became one after promotion? -
guess it's human nature...not a matter of when they become assholes...and hey, who wants to lose their rice bowls? There's always someone who is better than him/her. some just have the luck. i have a former colleague who is neutral to all parties. he take 30 minutes to type up a letter. yet the boss say he is good. he is a marketing manager. can you believe it?

its always amazing as its smetimes logical(but 2the ppl playing the pol dun realise)-if tat someone can gossip someone to u,
it does not mean u wont appear in their radar--the circle
so funny tat the office pay ppl 2goss. not 2work effectively -
all the fault of managers. they dont like people to contradict them or tell them the truth.
