This topic is not so much of criticising insurer ABC or insurer XYZ but more of finding out perceptions of people among the insurers in Singapore so that next time, if people out here want to purchase insurance, they will know who to approach.
Hence it is more of a form of reference for brothers and sisters out here to take note, no offence to any insurers.
So any form of contributions are also welcome.
