  u go polyclinic, say u want go NATIONAL SKIN CENTRE for hair.they will gv u a white card.then u go skin centre, they will gv you an injection,den also will gv u eat steorids.
  
  this is te cheapest way, remember refer from polyclinic(white card=cheaper), not private clinic(green card=expensive), i last time also bring my ex gf to see doc at skin centre cos of hair loss...
