  The ideal colleague I like to have must always have lunch with me (go dutch), always smiling (must be real one, not the xiao4 li3 chang2 dao1 ones), quiet but helpful when I need it (of course, I will help her back when needed) and must wear tube everyday (morale booster, mah).
