Road bully... so who is the real victim.. Fair judgement??

I am a road bully, there was once I was walking along a road. I picked up a fallen branch with a lot of leaves and just for fun, I threw it at a car speeding by. the branch hit the windscreen of that car and stuck there since the car was moving forward. the driver was shocked and I could bet he almost pissed his pants. but lucky for him, he managed to pull over at the road side and when he stopped, the branch dropped off. I was laughing so hard
but actually, I lied, I didnt do it on purpose, I didnt notice the car coming

I say build a boxing ring... any road rage cases, sentence both parties to five 3 minute rounds and charge entrance fee for the fight.
Can make more money then simply imposing a fine on one or both parties. -
