  A black dog was found gasping for breath in a lime green Nissan March parked on the road outside Blk 721 in Ang Mo Kio.Eyewitness Caramon swore that he heard the horn being blasted a few times before he looked up from his Bak Chor Mee and saw a black dog in the front seat of the car.The dog seemed woozy and was hitting itself on the horn.
  
  Caramon ran to the car and tried to open the doors, but to no avail.He then grabbed a beer bottle and smashed the car's windows, prompting the alarm to sound and one of the coffeeshop aunties rang the NPP.
  
  As he was trying to climb in through the window to save the dog, the constables came and the irate owner stood beside them.
