Do u pronounce it as caan or c.u.n.t? And why izzit tt english songs (be it american wans or british wans) pronounce the american way (c.u.n.t) ?

Actually think Brits should be "karn't" and American is 'caaaant"
and technically, us growing up in ex-colonial surroundings
should pronounce it as 'karn't"
(americans schoolmates were wondering why my accent sounds Brit, the example they gave was this caaan't and karnt. And NO I don't HAVE any accent except singlish one)
However, with our surfeit of American sitcoms
many young people like to pronounce it sometimes caaaant
and sometimes kaaarrnnt -

British English - "kunt"
In Singapore, we learn British-style English, so those who pronounce as "kent" are keh-angmohs. If you listen to SPGs talking, you will know what I mean.
In English songs, they use American English because money talks (guess where the largest market for English songs are? 250 million potential listeners.....). -
