  1) I am asking for some opinion from fellow forumers.
  
  2) She had the necessary qualification but appearance wise doesn't suits the job.
  
  3) I am new in recuiting people, hence need someone experience to guide me.
  
  4) I know NPNT, hence the pic.
  
  5) I know there's a fair share of girls around in CC than other forums in sgforum. Hence I can get more accurate informations?
