Computer Help!

  Help me!!!!!!!! My CD ROM DRIVE is missing from my computer!!!!!!!! There are no CD drives... I went to the Device manager... It gives me this problem..
  
  Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
  
  Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.
  
  How??? I really need to install something badly for my work.. Pls help me.. i think there's something to do with GEARAspiWDM.sys that i think i deleted.. pls save me..

  I know its a lame attempt, but do a reboot. Or have you done so?

  Maybe your CDrom down already.
  
  For me, my cable for my slave harddisk when down. I had to install the slave harddisk using the cable for my CDrom.
  
  Many possibilities for your problem.

  Best:reformat comp, reinstall again

  time 4 u 2 buy a new cd rom, or cd-r rom, or dvd rom!

  Try connecting the CDrom to another free socket off the cable.
