  no idea on the first one...but ur second one sounds rather incomplete. i only know coz the music comes from a soundtrack i heard b4.

  2) Felix Mendelssohn or,
  3) Rosinni.
  
  My bet is with 2 and 3. try listening to their overtures more and u might get the tune you want. Or if possible, u could tell me where u rip the music or which show, maybe go a google u may yield the result u want.

  both songs as a matter of fact, were recorded from the opening song of different CSI episodes.
  the 2nd song is from CSI NY season 1- 15
  
  first song is CSI NY season 1-17
