Which one do you consider bfore buying?

  Hi guys, I am doing a small survey and will need your help...here is the question:
  
  When you are shopping offline/online, how do you determine if you would buy that item? via Price, Product quality or Customer service?

  The product must be attractive enough to make me buy. And no bugging of customers please...so irritating.

  a little bit of everything.
  Offline.I dont do online shopping.
  If too expensive...cannot afford to buy
  if product quality too lousy...buy already also no use...spoil fast.might as well dont buy.
  customer service?...as long as the sales person dont ignore me when I ask for service or talk to me in a look-down-on-u tone...I am fine.

  All of the above are important to me. If I like the product but the customer service sucks, I won't buy it too . Just to clarify, the price of the product must match the quality of the product; meaning it has to be value-for-money.
  
  But for online shopping, the security of the site is an issue to me as well.

  Don't shop online cos I prefer to examine the product.
  Quality is more impt. I don't mind paying more if the product is better.
  Customer svs. - only impt. for products that needs servicing.
  Will only patronise reputable stores cos they are more reliable.
