  Is this a good share to buy? I wanted to get their new issue shares at $1.38 last friday but within 1 hour all sold out!! Any potential for this reit to double their price by next year?

  Im thinking of buying this reit on the open market mah...so was wondering if its ok to buy it at 6 cents more than issue price
