While I was waitting for my queue, the person in charge shout out " Lee Kuan Yew"
then lee kuan yew came...

Lee Kuan Yew quite a common name leh
Came across the name a few times.
In clinics, resumes etc -
Perhaps it just sounds the same but the actual name takes on a different spelling?

let say the person who also call LKY is 20years old, his parent shd know to avoid using the name LKY when lao lee still the PM. -

heh.. i can imagine situation. i have a person in camp called teo chee hean.
parents thought naming their kids after their idols is good, without thinking its the kid who has to live with the name for the rest of his/her life, and not them. the kid will forever be made to bear the cross of that name that may overshine his/her personality, become a bane, or even be too much for him/her to bear. -
i know someone from my old neighbourhood and his name is called "Jun4 nan2" (Handsome man).
Saw him on the train from afar & ALMOST wanted to call his name but stopped myself to save the embarrasement.
ps: He is quite a good looking chap! -
