How to deal with thick-skinned guys?

Never would I dream of posting this but I have to.
Ppl, how do you deal with guys that keep convincing themselves they are handsome, girls all want to flock to him and even worse, is THOROUGHLY CONVINCED that this particular girl likes him/crush on him. (even though she is disgusted but still, he insisted.)
How?
P.S I admit that i'm a bit disturbed by the situation. Help!! -

There is no way to change people - just ignore him. At most, you can show him an unconvinced look when he start his claims again.
By the way, I'm the most handsome guy in this forum....and many girls wanna flock to me. -

i encountered before. this type of guy are totally in love with the thinking tt all the gals in the world will love them...
my advice is : stay away... or just told him in the face tt u dun find him attractive at all... but hor no use one la, he will still think tt u r hiding ur feelin from him.. just stay away.... -
first. u have to realise what's wrong with him.
the problem with him. is that he's got too bad a EGO.
So how to deal with this kind of ppl. U tell him straight in his face. I DON"T LIKE U. at first he will stun

same as not pretty ppl dun say they r not pretty
at the end, some not handsome say they r handsome ..
so a way to prove is to ask the girlls lah -
