  habit can kick one. but after some time, you get tired liao, then it comes back again. it's a vicious never ending cycle.

  im suppose to do something which i told myself to do it over this weekend
  
  it's 4 hours to the end of the long weekend and i haven even click on MS Word to open the doc to write.......
  best is, i gotta do one english ver and one chinese ver
  bring back memories of school days where i start on my report only the nite b4 the submission date...........

  Throw your hat over the fence. In other words, create a situation where you die die must complete the task which you have been procrastinating over a long time.
  
  For example, let's say you want to clean up your room but have been putting it off time after time. What you can do is invite your friends over for dinner one day so that they can see your house. Then, you die die must clean your room.
