2. Partners & Associates
3. LLC
4. Law Corporation
5. etc etc etc and many more. -

Partners and Associates: More than 1 lawyer in practice
LLC: Practice is registered in .... off hand i cannot remember the country.
Law Corporation: Limited by shares... I dun tik it is allow in SGP -
