How come guys stay young?

I bumped into my ex poly classmate , a guy the other day.
He still looks the same the last time i remember 10 years back still like a teenager.
How come u guys can look and stay young ah?
So guys what u think?
We women age faster *sad*. Dunno to feel jealous or not
Sometimes think i be born as a guy better, have to go control my weight now as i have gained 2kg. -
I cannot recognize my P1 classmates, but they say my looks haven't changed one bit.
