  either play piano, jogging or swimming.. sports is really good.. feel so much better after doing sports..

  1) Go for a run, run like u nv run b-4.....

  3) bench is a place for u to relax mentally & have serious deep thoughts

  3.meditate in my room
  4.chill out in my room with some music
