Will insurance payout for Tsunami & EarthQuake Victim?

  Wanted to know additional informations:
  
  As a Tourist or Travaling. If the person was cover under accident & travel insurance, will that person be cover under the following situations?
  
  1. If that person was missing during a tsunami or earthquake?
  
  2. If Body was recovered by DNA's report?
  
  3. Will it be considered "Act of God" then void the whole policy?
  
  Tried asking insurance agent, they not very sure lei.
  
  Just to make sure what was covered since I travel to Indonesia often. Thanks in advance.

  Always read the fine print and clauses they cover before you ink the line, to avoid future disappointment.

  Meaning all "Act of God" not covered?
  
  Example:
  
  Trees falls down & crush the insured person. Is this considered "Act of God"?
  
  Died in Land Slide = "Act of God"?
  
  Drown in Flood/died in flood = "Act of God"?
  
  Contacted SARS or air borne sickness, Died = "Act of God"?

  Then the meaning of "Act Of God" is pretty wide.
  
  Or is limited to Natural things only??
  
  Being blown off a building by wind = "Act of God" or commuit suicide or accident? Who to prove & how to prove? It's a little tricky I know.
  
  Have seen a construction worker blown off a oil-tank (Those refinery Tanks). Was considered accident because he have a reason to be there to work.
