Is it in your Temporary Internet Files folder? If it is, rename the folder that the trojan is in. Boot to safe mode and delete that renamed folder with the trojan inside.

Your standard c drive, documents and settings, the folder with what you named your comp or whatever, local settings folder(might need to unhide folders), there it is.

Ok, try deleting just that file first. Most likely cannot, then try rename the folder, then delete the folder.
