  I can't find the salary range for Senior Assistant Director lehz, I only got $12,000.00 per month...

  The common folks say way, way less than $XXXXX per annum.
  
  Conclusion: Singapore workers are a modest bunch.

  salary too high, not realistic.
  
  i compared salary and my staff position.... it's 20% higher.

  Employees always under declare their pay or claim to be underpaid. They think by doing that, their boss will increase their pay.

  Btw, I think my pay very low.
  
  I think of a HR officer, very junior post, very blur one. Ever her own colleagues also say she dumb one (not I say one). But her pay is $3800 and she still wants to change job.
  
  Her job super easy, almost like a clerk. Just need to organise things for the staff and make them happy. Dunno when she will leave her job. I would love to replace her.

  Which goes to show, the person getting the most pay may be the one doing the least work.
