i had one teacher when i was P5 . . . .one of the most sadistic bitch i have ever seen in my life.
Some of her rules for maths:
Underline your answers after you finish your working
Draw a line after you have finished each sum.
Failure to do that warrents a punishment which consist of redoing the whole damn assignment all over again 3 times. Any stubborn beheavior warrents a call to the parents and a nice walk to the principal's office.
Now her rules for essay writing:
For the essay that has been marked . . .copy the whole damn thing as correction with all the errors changed.
If any errors are detected within the correction, even if it is one word, copy down the whole damn thing and do a re correction
My recored was 7 recorrections plus a "see me" plus a letter to the parents for being careless.
Her rules for lessons:
You are expected to understand the topic the first time.
Failure to understand will result in a textbook smashing on your skull, extreme vigourous shaking of your shoulders until your nect sprain. And an extreme verbal humiliation in front of class.
Sick bitch. Even after more then a decade, i still hate her to the core. Heard that she died recently.
Well good news to some students in singapore. Although i think some of them deserve such a teacher. -
Oh, here's another one. Not so much R & R, but I failed Chinese and was punished by doing push up in front of the whole class.
My next term (final), scored P2. But after that, next new school year....failed again.

Yellow line dividing the already so narrow staircase into half. Left side go up, right side go down. Don't remember whether there was any prefect to catch us not following the line but I remember teachers always shouting at the class to keep within the line when the whole class need to go up or down during lesson time.
The queue line at the canteen still got rails to divide one side for going in to buy food and coming out. Some prefects even cut queue, so how to expect normal students like us not to do that.
The class is divided into groups: red, blue, green, yellow and sometimes, black, if each group has 8 members. If teachers say cannot talk and someone in the group talks, the whole group stand up on chairs and pull the ears.
Primary 1 that time, in hall waiting for assembly to start cannot talk, talk kenna catch stand in front of the whole school ( for afternoon session, morning I don't know), boys I think kenna cane, girls forgot liao.
Spelliing fail kenna ruler, homework forgot to write name also kenna the ruler, never bring textbook also will. I only kenna once for not writing my name on a piece of homework, and the amazing thing is the whole group all forgotten to write their names. -
hahaha.. this is so far the most stupid and funniest thing that i can ever remember in primary school.. when teacher go office take something and call monitor or prefacts to take care of the class.. when someone talk.. he/she will write name on the board.. talk one more time.. he/she will put X2 beside the name.. thinking of it nows makes me crack up so hard.. hahahaha.. lmfao.. its even more hilarious when u take a peek into the prefacts record book.. hahahahahaha.. all the X"n".. where n is the number of times you talked.. lmfao..
