  Any one know how to solve this puzzle:
  
  You have 4 numbers: 9, 9, 1, 1
  
  HOw to use the 4 number to get the final answer 10.
  You can add, minus, Time , divide
  
  Remember only use them once!!!
  
  EG. 1 + 1 + 9 + 9 = 20

  Ok, but you never said cannot use them in any order right? So 911, 119, 99, 11, 19, 91, 1991, etc........ are all applicable numbers?
