Computer Pros please help!Problem booting up

hi guys,i have a First MotherBoard (AN19E/AN19C) and a AMD XP 3000 for my CPU.all of a sudden today as i try to boot up my PC,my PC gives a very loud double beep sound and it can't boot up after that.i restarted and it happens again.no matter how manytimes i tried it wouldn't work.i assessed that i could be a hardware problem as i used to have this problem after installing an extra fan.but after rebooting my CPU works.i tried removing the extra fan and booting up but it doesn't work also.any solutions?

if u not good enuff , dont DIY computer

I donno anything about computers....but I do know that if you can't boot up, you can't post the message which you did.....and can't read our replies too.

very smart observation but i happen to have 2 computers on a wireless network.the one i'm using to post and read is my sis's comp.
by the way,if the problem is directed to the ram,i don't think my ram would be the problem as i re-tried them.
no signal is received on my monitor and instead of 2 loud beeps that i mentioned above,its actually 1 long beep and 3 short beeps. -
CPU over heat could be a reason for your motherboard. Wait for it to cool down before you try to power up again.

anyway it appears that the beeps do mean something.apparently 1 long and 3 beeps meant a video card issue.i go check it out and i will be right back -
okay case close...it was indeed my video card problem.it came loose because of my casing.but i killed my keyboard while pulling everything apart.now i'm using my sis's keyboard...
