  it's doesn't matter what course you studied or whether it has any future aspect.

  from the poly booklet... what i see is that the civil and environmental course comes across as a "high class construction worker" course.

  I think so... my mother studied something similar to that (I don't know the exact name of her diploma) and became a QS, but now very little people want QS anymore.
