People are entitled to their own privacy. For the profiles with hidden details, just treat them as the nameless faces you'd encounter on the streets, on the trains, in the shopping malls, etc. They don't care who you are; you don't likewise.
Even if the profiles were to be fully filled out, they may also not be necessarily true anyway. -
