  Hiz anyone got suggestion for cheap accomodation for rent in sg? Eg hostel or what, budget about 100+ per mth.. without sharing with other ppl...

  c'mon, hotel 81 not tt cheap lor.. 100+ at most stay for 3, 4 days.. hmm just looking for a private space, dun need to be very good, container rooms also can

  The universities have their own hostels, i think sg have some private hostels tt caters to others right??

  u can find lots of advertisements on it on the noticeboards in singapore like clementi interchange etc. should be able to find one that suits you.

  Thanx, I actually see some ads on chinese newspapers that says something like, da1 fang2 $100-$120.. what does da1 fang2 mean??

  U can try old housing est. like Tiong Bahru etc esp. 1- 3-rm. HDB, ask around, maybe the elderly living alone don't mind renting cheap
