Raedon RX 9550 128mb for $128,value for money?0

today i went to SLS and i found a RX 9550 128mb video card for $128.what do you guys think of this card?i think its a rather value for money as i'm thinking of changing my card.mine is a G-force Fx 5700 LE currently which is quite an okay budget card.
i'm running on a AMD XP 3000+ chip and on 512 mb of ram.thinking of upgrading to 1Gig of ram at the same time.so with my specs is it a good buy? -

What is the brand of the RX9950? Raedon? -

i am setting aside 100/mth in a piggy bank(yes piggy bank) till end of the year..then i build myself a set up that has pci-e and sata...
that way u have the entire graphics card market open to u.. -

when i saw the prices for some ATI cards that was as high as 1000+. personally i don't need such high performance cards
i just happened to see this particular ATI card which i find it a value for money so came here to discuss it with u guys -
