  1. A pretty and captivating lady who stands at 1.7m tall with good figure and always wear mini-skirt to show her long legs..
  
  OR
  
  2. A guy that is rather short and skinny, has a thin moustache and even thinner hair on his head.. And wears glasses that are small, round and frame-less..

  depends...if the pretty lady good EQ..then her presence can inspire the guys around her to work more...thus more output and more drive in the air.
  
  if u hire the other option...this position has better be improtant enouffand this guys has gotta really be smart and knowledgeable enuff for the job.
  
  depending on qualification...if i interview a school teacher..i hire the old man...if i interview a HR officer (with the requirements to meet up with job seekers from all professions), i hire the lady
