Somebody help me with a BEAR please?

You see, I've this teddy bear since I was four.
I used to carry it wherever I went, until one day it got so tattered and torn I decided it'd better stay in a plastic bag before it disintegrates further.
Lately I've been searching over the Internet, hoping for a miracle, that it's still on sale somewhere. But so far my efforts have been quite futile.
Was wondering if anyone here has seen a bear like that before:
* Comes in two colors (or so it used to be) - pink and baby blue
* Fur glows in the dark
* Wears a nightcap
* Shirt has little stars that glow in the dark too
Ummm. Anyone?
