If u register overseas, do u abide to the matrimony laws overseas or in Singapore?
If u register ur marriage overseas, is it recoginised in singapore?
Can u register ur marriage overseas as a foreigner or one of the party has to be a PR or citizen at the intended country? -

One of you will have to be a citizen in that country.
