Why do ppl join forum?

For me sometimes I come in when I'm feeling bored or no mood to do anything and just by browsing through the topics posted some are so funny and it can really lighten up your day. I also get to see another side of human, mental disorders ppl posting silly topics.

but i remember back then i joined because i was bored.
outings spice things up... it is after major outings when the whole forum will be bubbling. -
