  Do you know suicides happen not because of just one overwhlming incident ? Like if you bf/gf left you, you woulnt wanna die. But if your family and friends abandon you too, then you would most likely be roadkill.

  Actually what I am trying to share is....
  What I usually do is to tell myself : I've been thru the worst already. This is nothing. It will be over soon.
  
  I just keep repeating this to myself whenever there is a problem until the problem is solved or over.
