Singtel bill

I've told Singtel I want my bill to be spread among 3 months. So it means, I'll pay bit by bit each month. I've paid $250 already and is due to pay the remaining sum at the beginning of next month. But now, I've received a letter from InfoCredit saying they are acting on behalf of Singapore Telecommunication Ltd and said that I have to pay the remaining amount within 14 days or else legal actions will be taken.
Why I kena like this? The Singtel person whom I spoke to said Okay and allow me to spead my bill for 3 months what. I've already terminated my line in mid-March.
Why Singtel so cruel one. I've no money now.

Did you take down the personal's name. Write back to them and tell them about the situation.
SingTel is best for dragging the bill but I think it is because you have terminated their line that they are taking such a harsh stand. -

i learn my mistake few years back,
now if i speak to govt body or company on the phone, i will ask for their name ,date of call and note down .
dont worry, they were told to give their name to customer when ask and normally after their name given, they will serve you better

that time i lost the bd voucher they sent i ask to resent they said ok ok i wait for 10 day not receive yet call up again they say resend until now..

Please be more understanding... If you still carry on using the service of SingTel, perhaps they can allow you to spread your bill for a few months by instalment. But in this case, you terminate the service, of course you have to pay all the outstanding balance before terminating... This is industrial practice in the whole world. Did they serve you any 'Red' letter before the debt collector write to you? If not, then you can call back SingTel and ask why no 'Red' letter. If there is, then too bad, you better pay up before you get a writ of summon from the Subordinate Court.
This type of case is unfavourable to you. Because if go to court, the judge sure to say why did you use so much of the mobile service when you knew you are not able to pay up. Then you will be dead.

it is rather straightforward. lawyers are needed to issue a writ of summon. they dont come cheap. i guess singtel only outsource the debt collection business to this company. all they want is for you to pay up. bringing you to court will earn them nothing.
call and work out a payment plan. -
STARHUB MORE WORSE. never pay $160 for 2 months only ,get call from them asking to pay up! If not they will terminate my phone,internet and SCV services

cant blame them. 2 months is a bit too long for a meagre sum of $160. they must have thought you have gone bankrupt or something.
