  everytime i visit those fast food joint alone by myself, i'll always ask for one more packet of chilli. never was my request rejected, just don't be greedy and ask for more than u can eat.
  
  afterall the customer is always right, if the cutomer is wrong...

  i got a lot packets of chill sauce at my home now...kfc, long john...

  Those fast food outlets do also have controls of sauce. E.g. 2 pcs chicken - given 2 packet of sauce, which I feel is enough. Don't expect 4 packets of sauce for a piece of chicken, right? So if you order more items, i believe the crew will not hestitate to give u more.

  Whenever i have a big mac meal, i like to 3 packets of chillis on my burger & 3 on my large packet of fries. I just luv to eat with lots of chillis, nothing more than that.
  Me: "excuse me, can i hav 6 packets of chillis pls?"
  Crew: "sure, np"
  Me: "Thank so much."
  Then i return with a big smile on my face while he/she gradually feel that i have appreciated his/her service.
  This is wat i call customer service, provide satisfication to the customers as well acheving self job satisfication.
  Giving a poor customer serivce will make the customer think twice of coming back again, however, good customer networks will definitely come good CRM.

  If I eat KFC, I do it in Malaysia (sometimes Thailand). Confirmed in Malaysia, they have bottles of chilli sauce on the tables....I think two types some more - Thai and normal.

  bk and long john silver are the best so far

  LJS has by far the worst service. If you thought KFC was cheap about their chilli, try going to LJS and ask for their tartar sauce.

  BK Millenia Walk when I last went there: all the sauce packets are placed in a tray at the order counter and the staffs allowed customers to take as many as they want.

  we cant blame the fast food restaurants for limiting the chilli sauce. many are guilty of wastage. you can get more just be asking.

  last time i go mac for breakfast then order the hotcakes.. everytime we nearly finish the meal still still go ask for more honey.. then we cop back home to use as jam.

  Different outlets at different locations have their way of doings. At a neighbourhood outlet, they will not display all their chilli sauce at a counter. But maybe at the airport, they will. I do not know why.
  
  People eating a burger and a large fries need more than 5 packets. If a customer takes 5 packets, 10 customers eating that set meal will take 50 packets. Then what about 100 customers each day taking 500 packets. Then should the outlet increase the price of the set meal so that customers can take more? Out of those 10 or 100 customers, some may even take more home. But very funny, like BK, they sell a packet of Mayo for 10cents. Last time when it is free, all people take as many as possible and some bring them home. Now, very few people will buy. Even if they buy, they will not buy more, why? All things cost money. Who is going to pay for them?
  
  I understand that customer service is important... but customers are not always right.
