  Anyone knows where an area/complex where there are many shops selling handphones? I am looking for one and wish to compare the offers in one concentrated area.

  Pearl centre at chinatown, next to outram mrt, see till you blur. 2nd floor and above got alot of health care centres, some offering "special" services.
