I think they can setup the IT environment to make sure that SGD10 and below should not be billed, they have to wait until the billable amount is more than SGD10.
If mobile billing can be done this way (singtel will not send me bill if the charge is less than SGD10), how come the residential line cannot do it? -

People, 0.03 cents is less than a penny. Honestly, I like to see how they return you the change on that.

but most likely, their reply will be like "this has been our way of handling such cases. therefore, there is no case at all. thanks for reflecting this to Singtel."

it is only a small issue. i was surprised too when i received a 3 cents bill. just pay together with the next available invoice.

if dont pay the 3cents will or gong or not. if yes bo hua lah. like credit card bills, dont round down and pay, or will pay late fees until kee siao. -

buy w/o contract oni about $100 more than wat the telcos offering for 2yr plans.......
sell to ah beng hp shop oso fetch higher price than telcos' trade-in price......
