Anyone seen this in Singapore skies before?

  Other than Rainbow , dunt know if u guys in Singapore got see those Halo like effects caused by magnetic fields or sometimes after thunderstorms can see colours "dancing" in the sky

  they're called aurora borealis and they are usually seen nearer the poles of earth. they're probably not visible aong equtoral places like singapore.

  also known as aurora.. or northern and southern lights depending on which hemisphere u are at.. i saw one before.. it was.. spectacular.. =)

  Actually you don't have to travel that close to the North pole to see. I live in Vancouver and all I have to do is travel 2 hours north to Whistler to see it.

  I'm told that you can see it in New Zealand too. From what little I know, auroras are caused by interactions between electromagnetic waves from the Sun and the Earth's own magnetic field.
