  Does anyone encounter such erorrs?
  The NTVDM CPU has encountered and illegal instruction. C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\
  
  Anyone can help? or introduce me free spyware/adware/malware removal tools/programme?

  Lol... I think you got hit by a mailicious adware or virus cos the file seem to be in your Temp Internet Files folder.
  
  Secondly, I think that program is MS-DOS cos of the NTVDM CPU thingy.
  
  So the remedy?
  
  Use whatever antivirus software you have, update it and perform a thorough virus scan. Do a full system scan, not those "smart" system scans that the software offers.
  
  Then download these stuffs in order. Before you scan using these softwares, remember to update them.
  
  Microsoft AntiSpyware
  
  Lavasoft's AdAware
  
  If those 2 does not work, try this:
  
  Spybot - Search & Destroy
  
  Hope after using these softwares, your computer is able to work properly.
  
  Good luck!
  
  P.S. Run all these scans at least once a month. Once per fortnight is recommemded.
