Need PC help

  power on, but no response at all.
  PSU running and heatsink fan running
  no beep sound either.
  
  with/without ram also same, no beep sound
  
  I guess it's either CPU or MB up lorry liao.
  What else could go wrong?

  den can i assume that without ram (you remove no ram in computer it not reaction)......then u put on the ram arso no reaction...then got ram means like no ram rite?

  This may seems dumb --> Got check if monitor is not accidently disconnected?
