the colours are going by code one......
u go to the salon, they give the colour codes of the shades.....

Its impossible to tell the colour by just looking at it on TV. Hair dyes are often tricky in that they look different on TV, outdoors, indoors, etc. In short, I'm afraid I have to disappoint you in saying that realistically, no one here can accurately answer your question.
Whats trickier is that just because you choose a blonde dye colour, doesn't mean you will have blonde hair (this is especially if your hair is original dark - eg. black). If you have dyed your hair DIY style before, you would know what I mean.
I usually use the lightest blonde colour when dyeing my hair and leave it for 30 minutes (instead of the recommended 45 minutes). And it comes our a bit orangey the first few days . Then after that, it gets a bit lighter and "browner". -

there isn't any name for some of the color dye for hair..
as the color might be a mixture of few colours to obtain that special color u saw in magazine.
e.g usually magazine hair colors are mixture of few dyes.
Even heard of 5 tone dye ? the color turn out to be very special which on shelves and normal salon cnt get.
the pro who can mix the color are all been really training in a hairstyling school instead of salon itself.
